We follow Airbnb`s enhanced cleaning protocol which was developed with experts guidance, clean and sanitize the space for each stay. (before check in and after check out)

Must be clean and respectful guests!!! This is NOT a hotel room but our personal owned vacation condo, please treat it like it`s your own.

Please bring your favorite Beach/pool towels. You also can rent Beach chairs and umbrellas at beach managed by the City. ( 05/30-09/05)

We are in downtown Myrtle Beach.

Free parking for condo guests is available across the street in the assigned parking tons. Uber is simple way to get around if you are going bit further out, our condo is right on the beach and Boardwalk so you can pretty much walk anywhere. Golf cart, scooter also a choice if you go somewhere close.

Our condo was designed with YOU in mind, we want to make a great vacation for you, and appreciate your time here as your second home. Top-notch accommodation, central location to everything, and of course waking up to the Ocean!! We believe you and your adore ones will enjoy this home as much as we do.

Friend reminder: NO-SMOKING inside the Unit and on Balcony, No family pets, No events, subject to $250 fine each.
*Quiet hours from 11pm-6am.

*LATE CHECK OUT if Not granted in advance by owner - 45 min. grace period then $25 per each 30 mins. afterward. (As we are paying housekeeper to wait for you).
*PLEASE DO NOT TAKE LUGGAGE CART INSIDE THE CONDO. You can load and unload from hallway (as stated on Entry Door).
*TOTAL OF SIX GUESTS MAX. Any additional guests more than confirmed reservation, must notify the host to alternate, otherwise will subject to $250 fine and be evicted from the property immediately.
*Mature respectful guests only! MUST BE ABOVE 21 YEARS OLD TO BOOK. Clean and respectful.
*Any damages to linens, furnishings or missing items ( private owned) you will be billed for.
*NO EVENTS, SUBJECT TO $250 FINE, and will be Vacated IMMEDIATELY.
*NO FEFUND DUE TO resort pools closed for maintenance Or just the time of the year ( WINTER )
