This roomy 2 bedroom condo is over 1,400 heated square ft on the 14th floor of the Maisons Sur Mer. This is a direct oceanfront building one building south of Kingston Plantation's Margate Tower. Maison sur Mer is a self contained resort with Tennis, Adult Pool, Kiddie pool, indoor and outdoor bar, restaurant, Gym, and Gameroom. The floor plan has a Living Room, Formal dining, full kitchen and a breakfast room. Master bedroom is king, while the second bedroom contains 2 queens. In addition the couch contains a queen sleeper. The kitchen is completely equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. This condo has been completely redecorated with new paint, lighting, and designer furnishings.

The living room is equipped with a 50' HD flat screen T.V.. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and ceiling to floor vertical blinds and a 32' flat screen TV. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a 32' flat screen TV and a walk in closet. Both bedrooms have attached bathrooms. A walk-in laundry room with a washer and dryer is also inside the unit for your convenience.

There is also a huge 10' by 36' Private Balcony with aside balcony connected to the master bedroom. In addition to the ocean view, this unit also overlooks the lakes on the Dunes Club Golf Course. You will appreciate great sunsets and nighttime time city lights. The elevator takes you directly to the private ocean front pool and beach.
