The second bedroom includes a full walk-through bathroom that connects to the main living space.

The unit sleeps 6: Master Bedroom with a King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, Two Twin size sleeper Chairs in living area.

Free WIFI, Intelligent TV in living room and master bedroom (sign in to Netflix, Prime, and others with your username and password). Washer and dryer, towels and linens included for the number of guest(s) occupying the unit.

* Free parking for up to 2 cars. No trailers and motorbikes allowed in parking areas in accordance with HOA.

* Pool access is behind the condo. Every guess must use the wristbands supplied when in the pool area. To access the pool please use the supplied key fob. If the key fob is misplaced, there is a $200 charge to replace.

*There are Charcoal Grills located within the vicinity of the pool.
