**Please be advised in the first and second calendar quarters of 2023 Maisons intends to do some re-carpeting, new tile and paint in the lobby level of the building. LOUNGE IN LUXURY

This isn’t just another place to kick up your feet—we’ve thought of every last detail to make gathering here a luxury experience. Come together while admiring expansive ocean vistas in the open-concept living area, or steal away to a more intimate sitting area—you’ll have your choice of a few scattered inside and out—with your vacation novel. Come evening, settle in for movie nights with a 70” home theater area.

Gourmands will adore the chef-inspired kitchen with a full suite of appliances and sleek quartz counters. Enlist the group to help you chop and prep at the huge bar, or just pull a chilled bottle of wine from the cooler and layout modest bites while you await room service delivery. Sit-down meals are best appreciated at the chandelier-lit table by the window or out on the ocean-view deck.

SWEET DREAMS

Each bedroom suite delivers an experience reminiscent of a five-star hotel with luxury linens, new high-end beds, en-suite baths with natural finishes, and sizable flat-screen TVs.

How to book the best Myrtle Beach rental home experience:

Get the best rental home value:

  • In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Booking your vacation rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • Summertime is the most expensive season along the coast of SC. To find the most suitable vacation home within budget, we suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property management companies typically offer guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local stories, travel guides contain money saving offers on nearby restaurants, attractions, and tours.

Filter your rental search:

  • Select a group lead, choose your vacation week, and select a max budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your family requires. One-of-a-Kind Oceanfront, Designer Furnished, Luxury Condo w\/ Resort Amenities has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
  • Precise details about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is normally available online. Otherwise, reach out to the property manager before you reserve your home. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches. You will need to work out what configuration is suitable for your trip.
  • Some properties allow pets, and others don't. Allowable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask the host about pets before booking.
  • If there's a certain Myrtle Beach attraction you love, keep an eye out for rentals that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your desires.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental.

Additional considerations:

  • Be sure you get the owner's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental.
  • Hosts are there to help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
  • Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home while you are away, just like you would back home.
  • During arrival, note any issues with the property and immediately contact the host. Record all coorespondence.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant visitors disrupting your peace and quiet. Apply the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and places you would have not otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your family have a great stay? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
