Welcome to our condo, Allswel Pointe. We are located at the highly beautiful Magnolia Pointe complex in the center of Myrtle Beach. With vistas of Myrtlewood golf course from the patio, we are tucked away enough to create your serene and calming hideaway but still in the middle of everything Myrtle Beach as to offer. This central location is one of the most trendy and most visited rental destination along the Grandiose Strand. Take a golf cart ride to the beach (1.5 miles) or shopping/dining at the Broadway at the Beach (2 miles). Or take a 5 min. bicycle ride to the intercoastal waterway. When you arrive at Allswel Pointe, you will be able to park (for complimentary) right at the building. We are located on the 3rd floor so you can take the stairs or the elevator. You will use the personal access code (included before arrival) and enter the condo. Then you will find gorgeously neutral, beach themed cavernous living area, completely- equipped kitchen, and a 6 person dining area. There is a private balcony overlooking Myrtlewood Golf Course, numerous grilling areas, and 1 of the 7 outdoor pools on the property. The pools also each have a pool home with bathrooms. In the master bedroom, there is a firm king size bed, dresser, and closet with a private master bathroom with shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, and closet with access to 2nd bathroom with walk in shower. The living room has a queen sleeper couch. Our unit accommodates up to 6 guests. (MAX IS 6) A gas station and grocery store are within 1 min. of condo. CLOSE TO ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING IN MYRTLE BEACH.
