Living and Kitchen:
Unwind in our cavernous living room, complete with a 65" TV for your entertainment. The open-plan layout flows seamlessly into a entirely equipped kitchen, where you can whip up a gourmet meal or a fast snack before heading out to discover. All dishes, cookware, glassware, and silverware are supplied. It has a convection oven as well as both K-cup (Keurig-style) coffee maker and classic drip coffee maker.

All TVs in the living room and both bedrooms have cable channels as well as are equipped with Roku, so guests can access their favorite entertainment apps.

There is even a washer and dryer so guests can pack less and keep their favorite outfits looking fresh.

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom upstairs features a plush queen bed, ideal for unwinding after a day of fun in the sun. It has a 36" TV, ensuite bathroom as well as a walk-in closet. -Pool disclaimer: In the event of rare unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

House Rules:
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times. Proof of age required.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.
4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an additional nighttime to your stay if needed.
5. No Family Animals Accepted. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
6.No motorbikes, golfcarts, trailers allowed.
