Two Bedroom Oceanfront Condo with Oceanfront Master Bedroom and 2 bathrooms w/tubs and showers.

Grandiose Atlantic 2 bedroom 2 bath condominiums are some of the biggest on the beach and have well over 1000 square feet of space. As with all of our oceanfront units; an oceanfront balcony, sizable full kitchen (ice maker, microwave, smooth top range, dishwasher, disposal), washer/dryer and wireless internet are included. In our “Double Balcony” units, the master bedroom is oceanfront with private balcony access and a king-size bed complete w/private bath. This makes the unit ideal for families, golfers, and charming getaways. The second bedroom features 2 double beds and private bath.. The condo sleeps 6 people comfortably.

Plus, the Grand Atlantic is one of very few oceanfront resorts that offers enclosed hallway access to each unit. During inclement weather, you can leave your condo, take an elevator to the bottom floor and access the beautiful indoor pool, new hot tub, indoor kiddie pool, indoor lazy river, game room, and the exercise center without ever stepping foot outdoors!

Extras Include:
In-room safe, ceiling fans, games, magazines, 450 thread count sheets, beach chairs, umbrella. We have a completely equipped kitchen w/crock pot, electric frying pan, blender, wine glasses, etc.

The washer/dryer is inside the condo.

Located on the third floor, you can park your car in the covered parking garage and walk directly to your pretty condo without having to wait for an elevator.

Building Conveniences:
Grand Atlantic is a great resort for year round visiting. The resorts' amenities include a handsome indoor Heated Swimming Pool, 170 foot indoor Heated Lazy River with rafts, new indoor Hot Tub and a huge Indoor Heated Kiddie Pool with mushroom waterfall and bubbling fountains. Outside, the resort features a 65' Outdoor Pool and another Kiddie Pool with mushroom waterfalls. Chaise Lounges surround the outdoor pools, and a well-kept lawn area with chaise lounges provides additional space for sunbathing. The resort also offers a Restaurant, Gift Shop, Exercise Center, Restrooms at the pool area and High Speed Elevators. The resort has security cameras in the pool area, the garage and hallways for safety.

Scooby's Restaurant and a Gift Shop are located on the 1st Floor of the building. The restaurant delivers to the condos and to the pool area.

Shopping:
In addition, close by shopping is available at the Coastal Grand Mall, Market Commons, Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Attractions such as Alligator Adventure, Dixie Stampede, Carolina Opry, Hard Rock Cafe, Dave & Busters, House of Blues, Alabama Theater, Ripley's Aquarium, Nascar Speed Park, Brookgreen Gardens, Bass Pro Shop, Top Golf, miniature golf, water parks, deep sea fishing, and river cruises are all just mins. away. Tennis and basketball courts are also available at a public park within walking distance of the Grand Atlantic. You can comfortably walk to the new Springmaid Pier.
