Totally supplied kitchen, sleeps up to 6, pool and golf course view.
*PET OWNERS: family pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved, please contact me for details.

The Space:
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Very roomy condo. 2 Queen beds, 1 pullout couch in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room.
Sizable balcony with handsome pool view.
Sheets and linens included. Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Family Animals are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are supplied for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (6 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is complimentary.
* motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises.

Stunning peaceful neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, striking landscaping. 10 mins. from airport, 5 mins. from Broadway at the beach, 5 mins. from the beach, 15 mins. from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are supplied (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are supplied (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

May, September, and even October offer warm temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic.   • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

  • Lock your rental home while you're away. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • Re-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on great ratings to propel more reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
