Unit 602 in Maison Sur Mer has been completely modernized and ready to invite you in the door with floor to ceiling windows facing the ocean!

The living room has plenty of room for calming with a 79” intelligent TV with a full lineup of channels as well as access to your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and more. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout your stay. The leather sectional couch is incredibly comfortable, and you can watch the waves and TV at the same time!

The balcony, at more than 170 square feet, gives you plenty of room to appreciate breakfast, lunch, and dinner as it faces southeast so you won’t be overheated by direct sun. The sunsets are gorgeous!

Spring and fall are very peaceful on the balcony with the sun setting lower in the sky – you will savor the full path of the sun to keep you toasty even on a chilly day. It’s ideal for reading a book and a cold drink.

The chef’s kitchen has everything you might need - often coffee, tea, herbs, and spices. You are welcome to use anything that is available. The host has included fresh dinnerware as well as casual dishes, plenty of glassware, stemware, and more to enjoy. The refrigerator has filtered water and an ice maker. There is also an air fryer, crock pot, waffle maker, and a Ninja blender!

Grille out that ideal cheeseburger in heaven at our on-site grille for dinner. The host has supplied everything you need for grilling. There is a full size dining table in the dining area, as well as a breakfast nook dinette table.

The bar area also has a refrigerator for your favorite beverages as well as striking stemware, bar glasses to make your beverages all the more fun.

The unit has two very cavernous bedrooms, additional pillows, with ocean vistas and balcony access. The bedrooms have brand new memory foam beds along with pillows galore so you can choose your best fit for a dreamy nighttime's sleep. There is 1 king bed in the first master suite, and the second master suite has two queen beds.

There are two full bathrooms - one located in the room with two queen beds which has a shower, and the other bathroom is also ensuite in King Suite which has a tub/shower combo. There is also a washer and dryer in the home for added convenience.

To help with your beach vacation, the host has supplied beach chairs and an umbrella. Please take care of them so that all of our guests can use them!

Unit 602 is has something you won’t find at any other condo on the coast. The floor to ceiling wall mural made completely out of shells and is ready for you to put your stamp on it with all the shells you need as well as glue and gloves!

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times. Proof of age required.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.
4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an additional nighttime to your stay if needed.
5. No Family Pets Accepted. This includes emotional support animals as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is in the city center and on the beach.
