New hi-top dining table and chairs has seating for four-six guests + two seats at the bar. Condo was just freshly painted.

The master bedroom has a king bed with premium bed, cable TV and sliding glass doors that offer access to the main balcony. LVT floors installed in 2018. Guest bath was also just refreshed with new fully tiled shower and glass door, single vanity with granite top. Our enormous, deep balcony has a new high top resin table and 4 tall chairs. Ideal and oh, so comfortable for appreciating the gorgeous view of the ocean. Washer/Dryer in the hall, complimentary Wi-Fi and plenty of complimentary parking!
