Within walking distance of many attractions (1-4 blocks) including the Boardwalk, Sky Wheel, Family Kingdom, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and of course the Atlantic Ocean.

Striking, homey, and clean single private unit above a retail store. (Stairs are required to reach the unit, ~20 stairs) There is no one on the balcony next to you!
Minimum 5 nights during summer months
House towels may not be taken to the beach. If you need towels go buy them from the Red Hot Shoppe downstairs for $5.99. Otherwise $10 fee.
Smoking prohibited unless in on outside deck. If smoking inside is discovered you will incur $300 fee.
