Let's begin with 1245, a comfortable studio designed for your ultimate Myrtle Beach getaway. Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by its open and inviting layout, featuring two cozy additional long double beds, ideal for up to 4 guests. To ensure you feel right at home, there's ample storage in the enormous dresser and private closet. The space also includes a 55in wall-mounted flat-screen intelligent TV and a modest dining table for appreciating meals or snacks after a day of fun in the sun. This unit has LVP floor in the main living space, and ceramic tile in the bathroom. The same can be found in 1246, with ceramic tile in the kitchen as well!

Guest should be advised that this is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is prohibited in the studio AND on the balcony. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained. Sand Dunes Resort does not allow motorbikes or family pets. The kiddie water park behind the resort is a privately owned facility and access to it is restricted.
