This oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a private balcony is located on twelve acres of elegantly landscaped property with a private beach in Myrtle Beach's esteemed Cabana Section.
The open floor plan villa features two sliding door access points to a private balcony, with flat-screen TVs/DVDs, and a completely equipped kitchen. The complex offers two outdoor pools, two heated Jacuzzis, picnic tables and grilles, a kids's pool, and an oceanfront exercise/walking path with a modest playground.
Unit includes:
* Master bedroom has a spectacular ocean view and an entrance to the balcony. It contains a queen bed, dresser, flat-screen TV/DVD, ceiling fan, a closet for storage, and a private bathroom with a shower.
* Guest bedroom sleeps 3 with a queen and twin bed and a 'dresser functional' closet for storage
* 2nd Bathroom has a tub with shower
* Livingroom includes a flat-screen TV and queen sleeper couch.
