Fresh paint throughout, a fun greenery wall, and specialty lighting all work together to create a vibrant, modren ambiance that feels both calming and unique.

The kitchen is entirely equipped with full-sized appliances, including a refrigerator, stove and oven, mounted microwave, dishwasher, and sink. Gorgeous granite countertops and ample upper and lower cabinets provide plenty of room for storage and meal prep, making this one of the rare studios with an upsized kitchen at the Palace. We provide all the basics you will need, including cookware, silverware, dishes, silverware, and glassware, so you can conveniently prepare anything from a fast snack to a full family meal.
