Totally refreshed in 2022 with brand new, modern furnishings and located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, our condo is a fourth floor unit with striking, direct-oceanfront vistas! We have both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, an oceanfront lawn full of lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs and tables with umbrellas, complementary cable TV and wifi and there's no shortage of sandy beach and miraculous vistas!

We have completely modernized our oceanfront condo with new paint, new floor, new living room and dining furnishings, new 55 inch TV, new drapes and linens, new lighting, new hot water heater, and much more... It's modern, it's crisp, it's casual and it's comfortable! We've supplied tons of home amenities, as well as storage for you to stow your own conveniences from home.

You can appreciate the most extraordinary sunrises (and sunsets!) and watching dolphins swim the shoreline from our private balcony; relax in the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs; snuggle up with a good book in one of many lounge chairs located in the resort's delightfully landscaped, oceanfront lawn; and walk a couple blocks to a variety of neighborhood eateries, coffee, donut and ice cream stores and wine bars! We are less than 10 blocks to Myrtle Beach's famed boardwalk and Sky Wheel, a half mile from the convention center, and less than a mile from Broadway at the Beach and Myrtle Beach Pelican baseball field!

LR has a brand new, modern, queen sleeper-couch arriving late February, a 55" flat screen TV, and access to private balcony overlooking the ocean - you can see dolphin swimming in the ocean without having to leave the couch! We also have a brand new dining table that seats four with impressive beach and ocean vistas!

BR has a king sized bed, flat screen TV, nice sized closet and dresser for storing your belongings!

Kitchen features granite counter tops with an eat-up bar, newly painted walls and cabinets. It's modest, but entirely equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans. For those who prefer taking a vacation from kitchen duty, ask about our favorite eateries within walking distance of our condo!

Bathroom is clean and bright with tub/shower combo, dual vanities and freshly painted cabinets and walls.
