Oceanfront ground level one bedroom condo with a full kitchen, full bath and a balcony at the handsome Compass Cove Resort. The condo has a queen size bed in the bedroom and a double sleeper couch in living room. There are two flat screen TVs with complimentary Wi Fi, cable. The TV in the living room is a intelligent TV. Free parking for one car. There is a coded entrance, no waiting in line for check in, simply enter code anytime after agreed upon check in to enter, no need to find or return a suitcases cart when a car can be temporarily parked 7 feet from the front door. The balcony door is 40 feet from the beach 20 feet to the pool or lazy river and 12 feet to the grilles with plenty of picnic tables that have umbrellas for shade. The Compass Cove Resort is a family favorite because of the many water amenities that include indoor pools, outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, Silly Submarine kids play area and 720 feet of beach
ADDITIONAL RULES
Guest must bring toiletries
-Must be Over 21 to book,
- if Not Please contact me
- guest must clean and put away dishes at end of stay
- guest must not leave kids unattended on balcony or pool areas
- there will be no maid service
--Guest must return Security Card at the end of their stay to the room.
-Guest must return wristbands there is a $50 fee for each wristband not replaced
-Guests have to take trash out, please leave trash in front of door marked trash which is on the right side of the garage past the elevators.

-Guest will not be allowed to buy food or beverages onsite or use the water slides, laundromat, arcade, souvenir shop or gym

-All guests shall abide by the posted rules and are obligated to comply with any new rules that are established after time of booking by HOA and management
-To keep costs down there will only be a Limited number of Towels supplied
-Guest must display parking pass
-if booking after 7 PM Eastern standard time on the same day as arrival guest must 1st contact us before booking

1. Toiletries including toilet paper
2. Food and drinks
3. Beach towels
4. charcoal or silverware for the grilles
WHAT WE DO SUPPLY
1. Dishes and silverware.
2. Linen and pillows.
3.A limited number of towels, please use them for bathing only 
4. Endless supply of pool towels located though out the resort
5. Beach chairs, Umbrellas And beach toys, however we cannot guarantee their condition or them being there.

•One 8 to 10 cup Coffee package with filter
•Bar Soap per faucet
•One additional trash bag
•Liquid Dish Detergent
