FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS for this property:
Q: 'Are there any hidden costs?'
A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort costs. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.

Q: 'Can I Check-In Early?'
A: MAYBE – Our cleaners offer a very limited number of priority check-ins each day that would allow guests to arrive at noon.  The cost is $50 and they must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. They are available on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to add this to your booking, please message us and we will provide additional instructions.

Q: 'Can I Check-Out Late?'
A: NO – Sorry, but due to the cleaning schedule, departure times cannot be changed.

Q: 'Are bath towels and sheets supplied?'
A: YES – We provide sheets for the beds listed and also 1 bath towel and wash cloth per the occupancy of the property you rented. We do not allow bath towels to be taken to the beach, so please make arrangements for beach/pool towels.

Q: 'Is parking included?'
A: YES - Parking is complimentary for TWO cars. You will receive TWO parking passes per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA. We receive limited numbers of parking passes and then we have to purchase them. Please don’t write on it and return it to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge.

Q: 'Can I Pay for an Extra Parking Pass?'
A: NO – Sorry, but parking pass limits are set by the buildings due to the limited parking space available. However, in Myrtle Beach, you can contact the Pavillion Parking Garage that will allow you to park at most meters in the City of Myrtle Beach. The cost of a visitor meter pass is currently $50 per week (Spring 2024).

Q: 'Are there pool arm bands?'
A: MAYBE - Pool arm bands are only required during peak season (June to September). During this time, you will receive one band per person staying in the unit. Please be sure to provide an accurate count when booking or you may not be supplied with enough. We receive limited numbers of silicone pool bands and then we have to purchase them. Please return them to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge. If you receive paper pool bands, those can be disposed of when you leave.

Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash & take out any excess that won’t fit in the cans, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher (if equipped) before you leave. We do not expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but we do ask that you tidy up after yourself with those few items that are not supplied in the cleaning fee.

Q: 'Do you allow family pets?'
A: NO, sorry - Family Animals are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. However, we do currently rent 5 properties where we can accept modest dogs. Contact us for more details.

Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and home rules for more information about smoking.

Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty modest appliance you appreciate, please feel complimentary to bring it along.

The Neighborhood:
I appreciate this neighborhood just North of the fresh "Golden Mile" residential area. It is still Ocean Blvd., but it is out of the crazy traffic of the South end. It is still close to everything, but the neighborhood is just a bit more cozy than the other areas of Ocean Blvd. In my opinion, it is the ideal combination of resort and calming vacation.

Getting Around:
There is a bus line that runs the length of Ocean Blvd. There are also plenty of taxi cabs available - including a taxi stand at Broadway at the Beach in case you need a ride back from the clubs.

Other Things to Note:
Enjoy the OPEN AIR arrival with NO FRONT DESK CHECK-IN at this home away from home.

Please be aware that it is very busy during bicycle weeks, especially during Atlantic Beach Bicycle Fest, and the can lead to police managed traffic flows, a lot of traffic, and busy conditions in the area. In addition, our busiest week is 4th of July week. While parking is ample, it is on a 1st come 1st served basis and you may need to park in overflow tons or on the street during the busiest times. There are 2 parking garages and 3 surface tons available for guests.

This unit is self-catering. Consumable items such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper products are not included. Starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and hotel size soap and shampoo are supplied as a courtesy, but guests will need to bring or purchase additional supplies after these are used up.

Our top Myrtle Beach vacation rental booking tips:

Getting the most from your budget:

  • The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Reserving your rental property six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
  • Summertime is the most expensive season along the coast of SC. To find the best vacation home within budget, we suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property management companies frequently offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.
  • Many management companies supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides which often include coupons, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Selecting and booking your Myrtle Beach rental:

  • Select vacation dates and budget.
  • Note the number beds and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. Elegant Beach View Condo*Pool*FREE Tickets*T95 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
  • Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts is almost always available online. If they are not listed, reach out to the property management company before you reserve the vacation property. Note that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to determine what configuration is right for your vacation group.
  • Some properties allow pets, and others do not. Allowable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask your host about pets before booking.
  • Visiting for a specific attraction? Use a map search to locate nearby properties.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.

More considerations for your visit:

  • Review arrival and departure procedures before leaving home. Take a printed copy, and save the instructions to your phone.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, stereo or coffee maker. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents quite a few issues.
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home while you are away, just like you would back home.
  • To ensure that damages are not attributed to your visit, inspect the property for any problem areas upon your arrival. Call the property manager right away to document any damages. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having the recorded problems and contact attempts will be valuable.
  • Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Frequently, adjacent homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Double-check the property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent feedback to inspire future reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to solve it.
