Beach Charmony is located in the family aligned area of Surfside Beach. It's surrounded by over 80 local area Golf Course's. Mulitple Miniture Golf and Water Parks for the whole family to savor. It has it's own centrally located pool set on the side of South Bay Lake. Recently refreshed for 2022 with brand new floors, Living room and Dinning room furnishings. Complete with pool side lounge chairs, charcoal BBQ's, and picnic tables. It's an ideal place to relax, grille and appreciate a beverage and watch the sunset over the lake!
The condo itself has all the appeal of home. Located on the ground floor it is just steps from the pool and has a second entranceway to the parking lot for your convenience. An electric Fireplace sets the charm in the Living Room which opens to a Sunroom to accommodate the whole family. The Master Suite has a Queen size bed and it's own full bathroom. The Second bedroom also has a Queen bed and the Third bedroom has two twin beds to sleep 6 comfortably. A second full bathroom is centrally located. The Dinning Room and open Kitchen w/ breakfast counter, complete the Great Room area with Wide Screen cable TV/DVD. The unit also has a Laundry room with a full washer and dryer for your use.
