This prime location is just 2.5 miles from Broadway at the Beach and 1.5 miles from the ocean.


LIVING AREAS


Decorated in relaxing blues and whites, the welcoming living room offers the ideal spot for socializing and catching up with friends and family. Stretch out on a roomy sectional couch and comfortable armchair to watch a movie on the 42” TV with a Blu-ray player.


KITCHEN & DINING


The chef in your group will appreciate crafting culinary masterpieces in the gourmet kitchen. A huge center island offers plenty of prep space, while granite countertops and stainless steel appliances create high-end ambience.


Perch at the breakfast bar with seating for two, or convene around the six-seat dining table to savor festive vacation meals.


BEDROOMS & BATHS


This home includes four bedrooms that sleep eight guests total. Three full bathrooms are outfitted with complimentary starter supplies of toiletries and bath amenities.


The relaxing master suite is furnished with a plush king bed. Curl up with a good book in the adore seat or catch favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom provides a double vanity and a walk-in shower.


The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a flat-screen TV. An en-suite bathroom holds a tub/shower combination.

When to book a Myrtle Beach rental & When to go:

  • Summer is the most expensive season in the Myrtle Beach area. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • The sooner your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved early. Booking your vacation home six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • Some property managers offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.

Have a great stay:

  • Get the property manager's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental.
  • Document any issues with the property at check in, and immediately contact the property manager. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be very helpful if damages are attributed to your stay.
  • Hosts are there to help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant visitors disrupting your peace and quiet. Apply the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and attractions you would've never otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to make sure you have not forget any personal items. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a wonderful time? Many rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
