Beautiful 20th floor 2 bed, 2 bath oceanfront condo at the Grand Atlantic Resort - Vacation rental home in Myrtle Beach, SC

Nicely refreshed, Grandiose Atlantic Ocean Resort Unit 2005! Sleeps up to six comfortably with a king bed in the primary bedroom and two full XL beds in the secondary bedroom. Building has freshly updated pool areas both inside the building and outside! Great outdoor lawn area, nice exercise center, conference room, complimentary WiFi, complimentary cable and a direct access point to the beach! It is located in the Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort just a few miles from the SkyWheel and pier.

***PLEASE NOTE: If you book we will require a convenient address to have keys for the unit sent to you so please message us with one after booking - it makes it easier for us to prepare for your stay. We generally aim for arrival 1 week prior to your stay, if you’d like earlier just let us know. If your stay is within 1-2 weeks after booking or you’d just prefer, we can get you condo access by using the 24/7 on-site maintenance team, but it comes with a $25 cash fee that must be paid by you when you get on-site. If you’d prefer this option, let us know and we will reimburse/take off $25 for the fee. Extra key cards will be located in the condo for you to use. At the end of your stay please drop the keys in the key dropbox next to the refrigerator or you can leave them on the counter with the parking passes for our cleaners to take care of. Note: They are not typical hotel-style keys so they do not have any information on them related to guests. We are allotted them by the HOA and they never expire or go bad so we can continue to clean and reuse them for future guests that stay. Parking passes will be located on the counter when you arrive. IF for some reason you don't see them, message us and we will get the missing pass(es) to you right away. Parking passes are difficult for us to replace so please try to remember to leave them on the counter before you go! ***

Our condo has its own dishwasher, washer and dryer for your convenience. Please note we leave one dishwasher pod for your use but won't be providing washer and dryer supplies so please bring your own if you plan to wash and dry clothes. The unit is supplied with one garbage bag placed in each garbage can, one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and one roll of paper towels to start your trip off. If you plan or need additional supplies, then you will need to purchase/bring them. Also, the condo has a Keurig coffee maker as well as a traditional drip style coffee maker so if you like coffee be sure to bring your favorite K-cups or coffee grounds and filters along with you! Due to expensive turnover, we don’t provide beach chairs or umbrellas typically unless a previous guest leaves theirs and they are in good shape for future use. You can rent both from any of the lifeguard stations located on the beach from May to September or you can buy more inexpensive ones from any of the beach stores, Dick’s or even Walmart if you’d prefer (and bring your own if you have of course!).

You will have access to the entire unit (two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living area and balcony as well as the shared common areas of the resort including the parking garage, exercise center, conference room, pool areas, arcade and the beach access point).

We are in the rental property business, so we are available day or nighttime to answer any questions or concerns you have so feel complimentary to reach out whenever you need to! We aren't on-site during your stay, but we have contacts available that can be on the ground any time to resolve any issues that will require additional attention. We want to provide you not only a place to stay but the entire vacation experience you are looking for!
