There is cable TV/spectrum app in every room, and a outfitted kitchen for preparing meals, washer & dryer, a shower/bathtub combo in both bathrooms.

There's a playground and skate park right on the beach!
Rules/Requirements:
*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 7-days after your stay is complete.
*PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/nighttime). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking costs are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.
*Free use of golf cart is for licensed drivers AGE 21+ ONLY. Ocean Lakes does rent carts for younger drivers.
*MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the home. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS. Drivers of the golf cart must be 21 years of age, with a drivers license.
