*To be as transparent as possible: This condo is in close proximity to a full time resident that is a smoker. At times, this condo could smell like cigarette smoke. We have added air purifiers, charcoal bags, and have tried to mitigate as much as possible. If you are very sensitive to the smell, this condo might not be for you. It is a very clean and peaceful condo. We just want to be upfront and make sure you appreciate your stay!

Your 8th floor OCEANVIEW 1 bedroom condo is always immaculately clean. The sand and surf are just steps away. Even in the cooler months, come cuddle up in with a soft blanket out on the balcony and listen to those waves or stargaze...it’s the best! Unwind and Savor!

Along its beachfront boardwalk are arcades, souvenir stands and eateries, as well as the old-fashioned Family Kingdom amusement park and the Sky Wheel, at 187-feet the country’s second tallest Ferris wheel.

The condo is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. Fresh linens and a set of 4 each bath/hand/wash/cloths/ towels are supplied with each rental.

Pet Policy: No family pets.
