The search for your next vacation rental ends here! Check out this 4th floor, ocean view vacation rental at the Sea Mist Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This ocean view condo is entirely furnished with everything you need for your next vacation. This apartment features 2 queen beds and will comfortably accommodate 2-4 guests. The unit is also furnished with a TV with basic cable, AC and Heat, full size refrigerator, private bathroom with tub/shower and vanity, as well as a private balcony. This is a ideal rental for a couple, group of friends, or a modest family! Located on the 4th floor of the Driftwood Building, guests will appreciate a gorgeously refreshed condo with a view of the ocean!

This rental features some unique updates that many others simply do not have. As of May 2022, this unit has been gorgeously updated. Those updates include the following: new paint on all walls, new floor, new curtains, striking accents and wall decor, and more. The personal touches really make this condo feel like a home away from home!

While this rental does not offer a stove, there is a full size refrigerator, a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Everything you need to heat up a meal or a modest snack will be painless to do right from the room! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of amazing dining options within a short walk, drive, or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very fashionable in this area.

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are supplied. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.

While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests really appreciate the space, and we savor the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our prices reflect the age of the resort, d cor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!

Free Wi-Fi and Cable are available.
Smoking AND Vaping are not allowed.
Our guests currently have access to the outdoor pool located on the south side of the Oats Building. Pool hours are subject to change. Weather and season could also result in pool closures.

How to find the best Myrtle Beach rental experience:

Sticking to a budget:

  • The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Booking your rental six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
  • Summer is high season in Myrtle Beach. To get the most suitable rental within your budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Some property managers offer discounts for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Booking websites typically offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.
  • Often, property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guide magazines which often include coupons, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

Selecting the perfect vacation rental:

  • Begin by selecting your trip dates and a budget.
  • Note the number bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. Beautifully Updated Double Queen Suite! Sea Mist Resort 50402 - Perfect for 2-4 guests! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
  • Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is often accessible online. Otherwise, reach out to the property owner before booking the property. Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches.
  • Are you bringing the family pet? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your agreement! Extra fees or costs could be applied to your agreement.
  • Visiting for a specific event? If so, use a map search to locate nearby rentals.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before booking.

More considerations for your visit:

  • Add the host's information to your smartphone. Understand and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, television set or WIFI setup. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents a lot of problems.
  • Lock your vacation home while you are out and about. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • During check-in, record any damages to the rental property and immediately alert the host. Record all coorespondence.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay more pleasurable. You will enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually a fantastic source for finding the best local beaches.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal items. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your family have a excellent vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property manager was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
