WELCOME TO BIRDIE'S II !

You will appreciate staying at our condo on the second floor overlooking the huge pool and vast expanse of the Atlantic Ocean. Feel the warm rays of sunshine in the morning and view the moon at nighttime while you listen to the sound and sight of the surf. You are just steps away from the pool, the beach, and BBQ grilles. A short walk down the hall will lead to a exceptional lazy river, a kiddie pool, hot tub and a heated swimming pool. You will find something for all ages.

This one bedroom unit is comfortable, clean, and charmingly decorated for your vacation pleasures. While the condo can accommodate 6, we suggest 4 people offers ideal comfort.

Strategies to get the very best Myrtle Beach rental experience:

Finding your perfect rental home:

  • June, July, and August are high season in Myrtle Beach. To get the best value, consider changing your family's Myrtle Beach trip dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer great weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
  • Often, property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides which include money-saving deals, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

Planning, selecting, and booking yourvacation home:

  • Start by choosing a vacation week and a budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. Birdie's Beachfront II - The Only Oceanfront Condo To Be At Myrtle Beach Resort has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
  • Precise details about bedrooms and bed types is almost always accessible on booking pages. If not, email or call the property owner before reserving your rental. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull out couches in living rooms.
  • Looking for specific amenities? Most rental websites include search filters with amenity lists. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
  • If your family is bringing pets, search for a rental that allows animals. Request details on breed, weight, and type requirements. Some property owners charge pet deposits and fees.

More tips for your stay:

  • Put the host's information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • To ensure that damages aren't linked to your family's visit, inspect the property for any problem areas during check in. Contact the property manager right away to document any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be helpful.
  • Hosts are available to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful vacationers bothering your peace. Apply the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and places you would have not otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Keep the property locked while you're out! Don't let thieves ruin your trip.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a fantastic vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
