The Space:

Come savor Myrtle Beach, South Carolina in style! This 8th floor ocean view unit has a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. Nearby, you will find many eateries, shopping areas, and attractions. Come appreciate - you don't want to miss this!



It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in.



Parking: **2 car limit** Parking garage down the street from the building. 2 cars are allowed. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking area. Parking garage is 1 block down the street.



Entry: Complex elevator is available. 8th floor.



Kitchen: Totally outfitted kitchen with cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans, Keurig (NEW). See pics for modest appliances!



Family room: Ocean vistas. Sleeper couch. Toys like game puzzles and a crocheted bag.



Bedroom: King bed.



Bathroom: Located in the hallway



Balcony: Striking view. Incredible for sunrises! Guests can also use the camp chairs if they want additional seating for either the balcony or the beach.



Complex Conveniences: Outdoor pool, outdoor ocean front heated pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub, lazy river across the street, 2 additional pools across the street, dry sauna, pay ($) washer/dryers on site, Dilisi's Italian restaurant and bar on site, full gym exercise center (3rd floor), modest game room in lobby, ocean front lobby/lounge, direct beach access, outdoor showers, seasonal ocean front tiki bar, secure parking garage, secure key card main entrance, 24 hour security on site, common area video surveillance.

IMPORTANT NOTE as of October 2026: The Villa I hot tub heater has been turned off for the season.

Beach: Direct access from the complex! A couple beach chairs and beach toys in the condo!



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags included but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



A/C: A/C and heat. Set the temperature to your desired level!



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex amenities.

The complex, Bluewater Resort, is located near the heart of Myrtle Beach.

Guests will have 2 parking passes and can drive to all of the eateries, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.



Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 2nd Wednesday. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not supplied, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



No family pets. Max guest count is 4.



PLEASE NOTE:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events entirely agree to those terms.
