The Space:
Welcome to Bluewater Resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina! This modernized ocean view unit has a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. Nearby, you will find many eateries, shopping areas, and attractions. Come savor - you don't want to miss this!
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in.
Parking: **2 car limit** Parking garage down the street from the building. 2 cars are allowed. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking area. Parking garage is 1 block down the street.
Entry: Complex elevator is available. 9th floor.
Kitchen: Totally supplied kitchen with cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.
Family room: Ocean vistas. Sleeper couch. TV!
Bedroom 1: King bed.

Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 2nd Wednesday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.
Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events completely agree to those terms.
