We follow Airbnb`s enhanced cleaning protocol which was developed with experts guidance, clean and sanitize the space for each stay ( before check in and after check out)

Attention: Intelligent lock SELF check in system, ( DON’T need to go to office to check in). Please go straight to the unit, the entry code will be included at the date you arrive. Please always make sure the door is locked by clicking the bottom summit button before you leave the property.

Please bring your favorite Beach/pool towels, you can effortlessly rent beach chairs, Umbrellas at the beach managed by the City. (05/30-09/05)

In the heart of Myrtle Beach, Walking distance to so many great eateries, attractions, world famed Oceanfront miles long Boardwalk, Rip Tydz Oceanfront & grille Rooftop bar, Gay dolphin gift shop ( so big you can get lost )!!! SkyWheel, bars, Cafes, nighttime life, Starbuck`s, grocery store, mins drive to Broadway at the beach, urgent care etc.

Free parking for condo guests is available in the front, both sides, across the street parking garage and any assigned parking tons. Uber is painless way to get around if you are going bit further out, our condo is right on the beach and close to Boardwalk so you can pretty much walk anywhere. Golf cart, scooter also a choice if you go somewhere close.

Our Unit was designed with YOU in mind, we want to make a great vacation for you, and appreciate your time here as your second home. Top notch accommodation, central location to everything, and of course waking up to the Ocean!! We believe you and your appreciate ones will enjoy this home as much as we do.

* We provide the great quality towels for our guests to use, please take care of them, we charge up to $35 for stained or missing towels, bed linens, comforter and coverlets.
* Please Do Not take our bath towels out of room to beach or pools.
* Conveniences that are listed such as Resort pools, hot tubs, etc. MAY or MAY NOT be available at your time of arrival, could be closed due to maintenance, upgrades or simply just the time of year ( we have no control over of this). No refunds due to this.

If guest breaks something beyond normal wear and tear, missing items , we would have to file a claim through Airbnb Resolution Center.
