This is the hotel that been newly refreshed to an apartment complex.
**PET OWNERS: Only completely trained family pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.

The Space:
Studio on the 2nd floor(must climb stairs) with 1 double bed and pullout couch
*Free WiFi and intelligent TV available.
*Only 1 pet is allowed less than 30lbs with pet fee
*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are included for showers only
*Only 1 parking spot available.

Guest Access:
The unit is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.
