This 1-bedroom apartment has numerous unique features! For starters, huge tile floors flow gorgeously throughout the entire apartment. This vacation rental has interior opaque glass doors across the entire wall leading to the upsized balcony, a huge wall-mounted TV in the living room, and a ceiling fan. Our guests will savor 1 king-size bed in the bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a living room with countless ocean vistas, a full kitchen, cabinets with plentiful storage space, and so much more!



This is really a one-of-a-kind rental that will keep you returning year after year. The upsized oceanfront balcony offers exceptional vistas of the Atlantic Ocean; you will not want to miss the sunrise and sunset. Located on the 7th floor, our guests will be blown away by this view!



The bedroom features 1 king-size bed, a enormous TV, nightstand, and closet for storage. All towels, linens, linens, dishes, and kitchen silverware are included.



Entering into the kitchen, guests will have access to a kitchen with full-size appliances. The kitchen features a full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven/stove, toaster, coffee maker, and plentiful cabinet space. Our guests adore the fact they can effortlessly prepare a meal or a snack right from the condo! We provide all basic cookware, kitchen necessities, silverware, glassware, and more. For guests who prefer to dine out, the Meridian Plaza is within a short walk or ride to many of Myrtle Beach's most fashionable dining outlets. Food delivery services like Uber and DoorDash are also very trendy options as well. The kitchen offers a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, sink, and more.



The living room is located at the very front of the apartment. This space is furnished with a queen-size sleeper couch, modest island with bar stools for eating, sizable wall-mounted TV, access to the private balcony, accent chair, and more. The living area is really the most calming space in the condo. Our guests appreciate having their own upsized private balcony, and many have submitted photos of charming sunrises and sunsets, dolphins, boats, surfers, and so much more!



The Meridian Plaza offers 1 indoor and 1 outdoor pool, as well as 1 indoor and 1 outdoor hot tub. Onsite laundry is available to our guests as well! We do not provide beach chairs, but guests can rent them seasonally from lifeguards on the beach.



Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Additionally, our guests will have access to basic cable and Wi-Fi.



Our guests adore the convenience of a keyless door lock. While we are here to assist our guests with whatever they may need, there will be no need to meet at our office for keys or parking passes. Whether you plan to arrive at the time of check-in, or if you're arriving late at nighttime, your door codes will give you access to the lobby and apartment during your stay! Our guests appreciate the security of the locked lobby doors. Be sure to have your lobby door code and your condo door code on hand when you arrive!

Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC, and is literally a 5-10 min. walk or drive to just about everything you can imagine! There are so many eateries close by, but Uber Eats and DoorDash have become very popular delivery options in our area.
