The condo features a comfortable living area with plenty of natural light, a completely equipped kitchen, and a private balcony ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. With two cozy bedrooms, it’s ideal for families, friends, or golf getaways.

The Space:
2 bedrooms/2 bath condo on the 2nd floor (must climb stairs) with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and pullout couch in the living room. Can accommodate 6 guests
Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room leads to the balcony.
Sheets and linens supplied. Free WiFi and intelligent TV available.
*Animals are not allowed.
*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are included for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.
*Access the pool with white access card. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)
*No mailbox for this location.

*Parking is available with parking tag only, please hang it in your car. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken parking tag.
