The Space:

Welcome to this oceanfront condo! The unit located in Caribbean Resort - which is in the heart of Myrtle Beach - many eateries, shopping areas, and attractions are close by.



It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in.



Parking: 2 parking passes. Painless access parking lot across the street from the building. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: Complex elevator is available.



Kitchen: Entirely supplied kitchen with cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.



Family room: Oceanfront vistas. Murphy bed.



Bedroom: Grand space with two queen beds.



Bathroom: Located off the kitchen



Balcony: Spectacular unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises!



Pool: Shared complex amenities (see pics). Subject to HOA schedule.



Beach: Walk a few mins. through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Conveniences: HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the condo to themselves. RENTAL OF THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY FORM OF FRONT-DESK SERVICE OR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, HOUSEKEEPING.

The unit is located in Caribbean Resort - located in a highly desired section of Myrtle Beach, SC.



Getting Around:

2 parking passes are supplied for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.



Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Routine pest control happens every month via the HOA. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not included, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.

No family pets. Max guest count is 6.



By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events entirely agree to those terms.
