Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day per car. This is non-negotiable and payable directly to Ocean Lakes. (Instructions will be included on completing this process).

There's parking for two standard cars or one over-sized car (Truck, SUV) at this location. Additional cars will need to be parked in the onsite overflow parking lot at the front of the park. There is no additional charge.

Bed and bath linens along with paper products and personally toiletries are the responsibility of the renter. *Linen packages are available for rent through a local source. Please inquire for package pricing.

When requesting to book please provide the details of your group including ages of each group member, purpose of your trip (sports team, vacation, business etc.)

Must be 25 or older to rent and present for the entire stay. min. occupancy is 7. No smoking/vaping indoors. No family pets over 25 pounds.
