Things to know
• There is an ATM in the lobby area, a gift shop, and a refreshment area.
• Laundry facility is coin-operated, and guests need a keycard to enter. There is laundry soap there to purchase.
• For the indoor pool, when leaving the pool to go back to the unit, guests will be required to use their keycard to get back inside the resort.
• There is a designated smoking area by the garage near the lobby area.
• Pool, Hot Tubs Hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (subject to seasonal changes)
House rules
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and costs.

• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours, including balconies and hallways.
• Non-smoking property. Smoking (including vaping) is prohibited inside rooms, balconies, and indoor common areas. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
• Family Animals are not allowed, unless the property is designated pet-friendly with prior approval. Unauthorized family pets may result in additional costs or removal from the property.
• No glass containers allowed in pool areas.
• Follow all posted pool rules and lifeguard instructions, if applicable.
• Parties, events, or sizable gatherings are not allowed.
• Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their rooms.
• Any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning needs will be charged to the guest.
• Do not tamper with fire alarms, smoke detectors, or safety equipment.
• Emergency exits must remain clear at all times.
• The building is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
• Failure to follow home rules may result in additional costs, removal from the property, or cancellation of stay without refund.
