We provide professionally cleaned towels and linens for your stay, along with a starter supply of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a roll of toilet paper). Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.

Beach Gear:
Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included with the condo but can be rented seasonally directly on the beach from the on-site lifeguards.

Laundry:
Paid, shared laundry facilities (washers and dryers) are available for your use within the building.

Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:

Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-returnable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added tranquility of mind for your stay.

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is stringently non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Animals:
Sorry, but family pets are not allowed on the premises. We adore animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-complimentary environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain peaceful hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. min. Occupancy:
The max. number of guests allowed is 2. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No events or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the max. occupancy without prior approval.

7. Conveniences and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is supplied in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furnishings or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
