TWO CARS allowed. We provide 2 mandatory parking passes. No motorbikes, upsized trucks, trailers, golf carts, scooters, mopeds, recreational cars, campers moving trucks, moving trailers or motorhomes allowed by HOA.
Pool/Jacuzzi for registered guests use. (Open April 1st-October)

Bedroom 1- king bed and private full bathroom with walk in shower. TV with cable. Entrance to balcony with view of waterway.
Bedroom 2- queen bed and plenty of closet space.
Bedroom 3- four twin beds (2 sets of bunk beds).
Please note-Weight restriction of no more than 170lbs for the two top bunk beds.
2 Full Bathrooms- master has walk in shower, 2nd bathroom has shower/tub.
Kitchen- granite countertops, new stainless steel -dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric glass top stove.
Dining table and breakfast bar w/ stools.
Front room- 55-inch flat screen Roku tv/ cable
One Doorbell camera (Ring) records 24/7 visually and can pick up audio.
Camera records from elevator- front door -staircase of condo entry.
No other cameras in or on property.
2 dogs allowed- must be registered at time of booking.

$125 Pet fee. Vacation Rental By Owner charges for 1 pet and we must invoice you for the second, through Vacation Rental By Owner. NO other family pets allowed.
