This home is located in the peaceful 7000 section (North side of Ocean Lakes) on a VERY cavernous lot with a Massive covered porch of extended entertaining space, which includes a propane grille.

Inside, there is cable TV and Roku in the living room and Primary bedroom. Entirely supplied kitchen.

*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 7-days after your stay is complete.

**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/nighttime). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking costs are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.

MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the home. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS. Drivers of the golf cart must be 21 years of age, with a drivers license.

About the Area

Located in Surfside Beach, this vacation home is on a lake. The Market Common and Broadway at the Beach are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Family Kingdom Amusement Park and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach. Ripley's Aquarium and Old Time Pottery are also worth visiting. Parasailing, sailing, and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
