This is an marvelous, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo located at the Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 5th floor, ocean view, apartment. The condo is completely furnished with a queen size bed, a sleeper couch, and the layout will accommodate up to 4 guests.
Upon arrival, guests will enter into the kitchen and living room area. Unlike many 1-bedroom units in town, you do not have to walk through the bedroom to get in and out of the condo! Directly to the right is where the bedroom and full bathroom is located. The bedroom features a queen size bed, nightstand, dresser, flat screen TV, and access to the private ocean view balcony!
Directly across the hall from this bedroom guests will find the bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity with sink, mirror, toilet, and storage above the toilet.
Entering into the living room, guests will find the most calming part of the entire condo! The living room is open and cavernous and features countless vistas of the ocean. The 5th floor offers such great vistas; not too high, not too low! The living room offers a dining table and chairs, queen-sized sleeper couch, accent chairs, end tables, TV stand with huge wall mounted TV above, and access to the ocean view balcony.
The kitchen is located just off from the living area. The kitchen features full-size appliances, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, mounted microwave, coffee maker plentiful cabinet space for storage, kitchen sink, and so much more. We provide all basic cookware, kitchen silverware, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, dishes, etc.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A brand-new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests appreciate the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.
