Check out this adorable, oceanfront studio condo conveniently located on the third floor of the Palace Resort! Palace 304 offers a queen sized bed, sleeper couch and can comfortably accommodate a total of 4 guests. For guests needing a bit more room, there is also a XL twin sized bed available for guests, accepting for the unit to sleep 5 guests max.!

Guests will enter the unit and be greeted by a hallway which provides a shelf for you to set your belongings, and a full body mirror! Further into the condo, guests will make their way up to the kitchen space which offers everything you'll need to prepare a homecooked meal or a fast snack! Featuring a full sized refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher and sink, plentiful countertop space, and an abundance of top and bottom cabinets, this portion of the condo is packed with convenience. The kitchen cabinets are entirely supplied as we provide all cookware, silverware, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are multiple eateries within a short walk or ride from the Landmark. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very fashionable food delivery options.

Across from the kitchen is the bathroom. This space features a shower/tub combination, sink, and toilet. There is additional storage above the toilet, and a modest table next to the shower for storing your toiletries during your stay!

Just past the kitchen is the main living space. This portion of the condo features a couch that folds out into a bed, comfortably sleeping a total of 2 guests with a coffee table located directly across from it. Guests will also find a metal bed frame, with an XL twin bed tucked behind the couch, this arrangement can sleep 1 guest. To save space in the condo, our team will leave this bed unmade, but will provide linens. Tucked away in the corner of this space is the plush queen sized bed, which accepts 2 more guests to sleep in this space! There is also a flat screen wall mounted tv.

The patio furnishings has been moved indoors for guests to place outside during their visit. The modest table and two wooden chairs are available, or the whicker patio set with the glass top table is available! Sit out on the private oceanfront balcony and take in the gorgeous ocean vistas!

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Palace 304 is located on the third floor of the resort, and conveniently located just steps away from the staircase. The location of this condo within the resort is ideal for beating elevator wait times!

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests adore the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access, as well as basic resort cable and wifi.
