*The resort pool(s) and shared amenities are managed by the HOA, not by us. Occasionally, pools may be closed for maintenance, repairs, or weather-related safety.

We do not have control over these closures and cannot guarantee pool availability at all times. Refunds or discounts will not be supplied due to temporary conveniences closures outside of our control.
