From the sizable private balcony, you will savor the handsome ocean view!! Awake early and enjoy your coffee viewing the sunrise over the ocean, but oooh in the afternoon sitting and relaxing is marvelous.

For your time indoors, the condo has just newly been refreshed, painted, and completely re-decorated, with new kitchen updates! It contains a family suite, complete with a wall-mounted 55' HDTV. The kitchen has all the appliances of the home and a huge dining table seating for five.

The master suite is completely furnished including a king-size bed and a mounted 32' flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen/xl twin bunk bed, dresser, and a mounted 32' flat-screen TV.

The condo is an end unit on the first floor (great for the young and old) with no need for elevators or stairs!!! The unit is mere steps from the front ocean pool and that phenomenal sandy beach.
