From the enormous private balcony, you will appreciate the elegant ocean view!! Awake early and enjoy your coffee viewing the sunrise over the ocean, but oooh in the afternoon sitting and relaxing is awe-inspiring.

For your time indoors, the condo has just newly (2023) been modernized, painted, and completely re-decorated! It contains a family suite, complete with a wall-mounted 55' HDTV. The kitchen has all the appliances of the home and a sizable dining table seating for five.

The master suite is completely furnished including a king-size bed and a mounted 32' flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen/xl twin bunk bed, dresser, and a mounted 32' flat-screen TV.

The condo is an end unit on the first floor (great for the young and old) with no need for elevators or stairs!!! The unit is mere steps from the front ocean pool and that fabulous sandy beach.

The Myrtle Beach Resort is a gated community located on 33 acres and is conveniently located in the very south end of the famed Myrtle Beach, away from the congestion of the strip, yet close to the area's best eateries and major attractions.
