Our River Oaks golf villa offers ample space for families or groups, with three comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The open-concept living area features multiple TVs with cable, and the entirely-equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, including a blender, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Savor the handsome vistas of the golf course and grounds from your private balcony or patio. Please note that while the layout is the same in each unit, decor may vary as these are individually owned condos.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. To get the best rental home for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation rental up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
