Fabulous beachfront location on Shore Drive, and Myrtle Beach's spectacular Grandiose Strand. This second floor unit has a nice view of the beach, has a private balcony, and is only steps away from the beach. It is located in the 3rd building (9520 Shore Drive) and is on the 2nd floor.

The two-bedroom, two-bath unit comfortably sleeps six people with all the amenities of home. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, full bath, and private balcony. The second bedroom has twin bunk beds AND a single twin bed. A queen size sleeper couch is in the living room. The kitchen is completely equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, cooking silverware, table for four, and a breakfast bar. Both the en-suite master bathroom and the guest bathroom have a full bathroom with gorgeous showers.

The beach-front three-story building has open-air hallways, and is located near the end of Shore Drive on a secluded low traffic area of the beach. Instead of more condos across the street, we have the Swash, which is an abbreviation for salt water marsh. It is adjacent to a handsome golf course, and is a great place to fish or crab. Or for even better fishing you can walk a short distance down the beach to Apache Pier, the longest pier on the east coast. A fishing license is not required to fish in the Swash, surf, or from Apache Pier. The owners use the unit and are always making improvements. Every effort is made to keep the condo meticulously clean and very well maintained.

Entertainment: visit the Alabama Theater, Dolly Parton's Pirates Adventure, Carolina Opry, NASCAR, Margaritaville, House of Blues, Hard Rock Café, Alligator Adventure, and much more. The Tanger Factory Outlet Mall and Broadway at the Beach are fashionable with the shoppers and are only about 5 mins. away, as are Wal-Mart and Kroger's. There are over 120 golf courses on the Grand Strand. Hospitals and Medical facilities are close by. Myrtle Beach Airport is 20 mins. away. On-site security.

Internal Conveniences: Covered Balcony with Oceanview, Air Conditioning, Cable TV, DVD Player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge, Ice Maker, Blender, Cooking Utensils, TV's in both bedrooms, 55" intelligent TV in living area

Myrtle Beach rental home tips:

Get the best value:

  • Summer time is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To book the best rental home within your budget, we recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Myrtle Beach restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved very early. Booking your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Booking websites frequently offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
  • Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach area magazine upon checking in. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, travel guides have coupons for nearby tours, shops, and attractions.

Choosing and booking the right Myrtle Beach vacation home:

  • First and foremost, have your family choose a vacation week and a spending budget.
  • Note the number beds and the bed configuration your family requires. Family-Sized Beachfront Condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is often accessible on booking websites. Otherwise, email the property management company before booking the property. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds and bunks. You will need to work out what configuration is suitable for your vacation group.
  • Visiting for a single event? Try a map search to find nearby rentals.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. .
  • Some rentals allow pets, and some do not. Acceptable types of family pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the owner about allowable pet guidelines before booking.

Advice for a smooth stay:

  • Take a copy of the owner's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental.
  • Document any damages to the rental during check in, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be helpful if there is a dispute.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, A/V setup or washer/dryer. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent a lot of problems.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are an excellent resource to find the best local attractions.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are away, just like you would at home.
  • Re-check the property to confirm that you've packed everything at check-out. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent reviews to propel more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
