We are ready to welcome you to our Oceanfront Suite located at the charming Crown Reef Resort in the heart of Myrtle Beach!

Our suite can sleep up to eight guests and is available exclusively through the official On-Site Rental provider. Your stay will include daily housekeeping service, complete with all linens and towels, and NO departure cleaning fee. You will also have access to our 24-hour front desk.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• The reservation payment is non-returnable.
• Any changes made to the reservation, prior to arrival, will incur a $20 fee per change; changes include, but are not limited to date changes and room type changes* You will be charged through Vacation Rental By Owner at the time of making your change.
• No refund for early departures.

*Any changes will require your booking to be re-calculated based on the current best available rate and the new actual length of stay. Early departures require checkout by 11:00am.

*Family Animals are not allowed. A fine of $500 will be assessed if a pet is brought into a unit. Service animals are not considered family pets when required to perform a specific duty for the owner, and must be registered at the front desk at check-in. Emotional support animals however are considered pets and are not allowed at any time.

Sticking to a spending budget:

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Myrtle Beach area. Booking in the Fall or Spring is a good way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.
  • Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local articles, travel guide magazines contain coupons for nearby accommodations, restaurants and tours.

  • Respect the neighborhood. Often, adjacent homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently help. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Re-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a fantastic vacation? Many rental websites make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
