Stroll out the gate of your porch onto the pool deck and is a few steps to the beach. This ground-floor condo sleeps up to four guests between one bedroom and a couch bed in the living area. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a 32" flat-screen TV, while the bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The main living area has a 65" flat-screen TV and a DVD player. Slide open the glass doors to the porch and relax to the relaxing sounds of the ocean.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Schooner building is undergoing renovations on each floor. However, our unit is available for booking and remains in rentable condition.

AMENITIES: Starting 9/1/21, guests will not have access to the onsite eateries (including the tiki bar and coffee shop), laundry facility, waterslides, kids' slide area, or exercise center. All other water features are available, except the indoor pool in the Schooner building.

PET POLICY: Animals are not allowed from March 1 to October 31.
Family Pets are only allowed for long-term renters (30+ days) from November to February.
