- There is room for a seventh person in the bunkbed, but they must weigh less than 100 pounds.
- Free golf cart usage requires a signed waiver for key access
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras at the front and back of the home, facing the entrances. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
- Guests are responsible for obtaining car passes directly from Ocean Lakes at $15 per day per car. If you submit payment for parking to Ocean Lakes at least 10 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a $3 per day discount (reducing the parking pass fee to $12 per day)
