Great central location and close to all the Grandiose Strand has to offer: championship golf courses, alluring eateries, entertainment, fishing, shopping, medical facilities, not too far from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Marsh-Walk and the handsome beaches of the Grand Strand. Use this as your vacation location at Surfside Beach!



The Space:

*2nd floor (must climb stairs)

* 1 bedroom/1 bath condo.

*1 king bed and pullout couch in the living room

*Washer/dryer available in unit.

*Kitchen is completely equipped with all basics (condiments are not available)

*Dining area open to living room.

*Sheets and linens included.

*Free WiFi and cable TV.

*Family Animals are not allowed.

*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are supplied for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

* No mailbox for this location.

*Pool access white card .There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken card.

* motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises.
