This second-floor condo is located in Magnolia North, a community that places you just a mile from the beach. It's a relaxing and calming location but also a convenient one, with all sorts of dining, shopping, and entertainment within a short drive.

Begin each day with a cup of coffee outside on the balcony, taking in the view of the golf course, the pool, and the pond below.
