Making your way into the condo, you will enter through bedroom! This room features two queen beds, a dresser, end table, wall mounted lamp, wall mounted flat screen TV, two closets for additional storage space, and a window for natural light.

Tricks and tips to get the best vacation home experience:
How to get the best value:
- Reserve your vacation home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Reserving your rental property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
- Some property managers offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
- Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, visitors guides have discounts for nearby restaurants, attractions, and tours.
Make a plan and choose the bestrental:
- To start, have your family decide on date ranges and a spending budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and the configuration your group needs. Gorgeous 1 Bedroom Oceanview Condo! Sleeps 6 Guests! Compass Cove 1525 has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rental home search.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed types is often available on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, email or call the property management company before you reserve the vacation home. Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds.
- Looking for specific amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters for amenities. Use these filters to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
- Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before booking.
- Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Extra fees or could be applied to your contract.
Some things to know before you go:
- Add the owner's information to your smartphone. Print and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
- At Check-in, document any damages to the property and immediately alert the owner. Keep records of all coorespondence.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, intercom or kitchen appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents many concerns.
- Respect the neighborhood. Frequently, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home when you are away, just like you would at home.
- Re-check the property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings at check-out. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the property a final time and look for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- Did your family have a excellent time? Most rental home management companies make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
