As our guests enter the condo, they will make their way down the hallway into the cavernous living area and kitchen. The kitchen will be directly to your left and features an abundance of cooking space! With charming granite counter tops, a impressive peninsula, tons of cabinet space, all full-sized appliances included a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher, our guests will find this space to be the most convenient throughout the entire condo! Directly next to the refrigerator is the washer and dryer closet.

Past the kitchen is living and dining room! This area is home to a dining table with enough seating to seat 5, and past that there is a couch that converts to a queen-sized bed, two accent chairs, an entertainment stand, huge flat screen tv, coffee table, and end tables. The private balcony is directly off of the living room, and our guests cannot get enough of the striking oceanfront vistas this property has to offer!

On to the bedrooms, we enter the master suite! The master bedroom includes an access to the oceanfront balcony, as well as access to its own bathroom with a shower tub combo, sink and vanity, mirror, and toilet. This room is home to a king-sized bed, dresser, two end tables and wall mounted lamps, wall mounted tv, and closet!

The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, two end tables and wall mounted lamps, dresser, wall mounted tv, full body mirror, and window for natural light!

Directly across from the second bedroom is the third bedroom! This room features two queen beds, a nightstand between the two, two wall mounted lamps, a dresser, sizable flat screen tv, full body mirror, and window for natural light!

Last is the second bathroom. This bathroom features a shower tub combo, vanity and sink, mirror and toilet!

Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 bath towels (per bathroom), 8 washcloths (per bathroom), soap, shampoo, lotion, conditioner, makeup wipes, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. Strategies to get the optimal rental home experience:

When to book & When to go:

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer is the most expensive season in Myrtle Beach. To find the best value, change your trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Some property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.
  • Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great articles, visitors guides have money saving offers on nearby shops and restaurants.

Use filters to search efficiently:

  • Choose vacation dates and max budget.
  • Determine how many beds and the configuration your group requires. Gorgeous Oceanfront 3 Bedroom Condo! Sleeps 10 Guests! Compass Cove Mariner Tower 1217 has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Precise details about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is commonly available on booking pages. If they are not listed, email the property manager before reserving the vacation property. Remember that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches.
  • If your family is traveling with pets, you'll need to find a pet-friendly vacation rental. Make sure to ask for information on breed, size, and type restrictions. Usually, property managers require additional pet deposits and fees.
  • Visiting for a specific event or attraction? Try a map search to locate nearby rentals.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. Confirm all required amenities are available before reserving a rental.

More tips for your stay:

  • Add the owner's contact info to your phone. Take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
  • Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
  • Lock your rental property while you are away! Don't let crooks spoil your family vacation.
  • Make a record of any damages to the rental upon arrival, and immediately send them to the owner. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be helpful if a dispute arises.
  • Respect your neighbors. Often times, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Upon check-out, complete a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on great ratings to stimulate new bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
