As of Fall 2024, this condo has had some striking updates made. We could not be more excited to share these with you. All of the carpeting was replaced with new LVP floor! New wood baseboards were installed, as well as new mirrors throughout! We guarantee you're going to appreciate it!

As our guests enter the condo, they will make their way down the hallway into the roomy living area and kitchen. The kitchen will be directly to your left and features an abundance of cooking space! With beautiful granite counter tops, a gorgeous peninsula, tons of cabinet space, all full-sized appliances included a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher, our guests will find this space to be the most convenient throughout the entire condo! Directly next to the refrigerator is the washer and dryer closet.

Past the kitchen is living and dining room! This area is home to a dining table with enough seating to seat 5, and past that there is a couch that converts to a queen-sized bed, two accent chairs, an entertainment stand, enormous flat screen tv, coffee table, and end tables. The private balcony is directly off of the living room, and our guests cannot get enough of the stunning oceanfront vistas this property has to offer!

On to the bedrooms, we enter the master suite! The master bedroom includes an access to the oceanfront balcony, as well as access to its own bathroom with a shower tub combo, sink and vanity, mirror, and toilet. This room is home to a king-sized bed, dresser, two end tables and wall mounted lamps, wall mounted tv, and closet!

The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, two end tables and wall mounted lamps, dresser, wall mounted tv, full body mirror, and window for natural light!

Directly across from the second bedroom is the third bedroom! This room features two queen beds, a nightstand between the two, two wall mounted lamps, a dresser, sizable flat screen tv, full body mirror, and window for natural light!

Last is the second bathroom. This bathroom features a shower tub combo, vanity and sink, mirror and toilet!

Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 bath towels (per bathroom), 8 washcloths (per bathroom), soap, shampoo, lotion, conditioner, makeup wipes, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

Please keep in mind that this rental is privately owned and managed, and we have no affiliation with the resort staff, resort maintenance, or resort housekeeping. Getting the best Myrtle Beach rental experience:

Sticking to your rental home budget:

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Myrtle Beach area. Reserve your rental property in Fall or Spring months to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Some hosts offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer customers an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great information, visitors guides contain money saving offers on nearby accommodations, tours and attractions.

Filter your rental search:

  • Begin by selecting potential vacation weeks and a spending budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your group requires. Gorgeous Oceanfront 3 Bedroom Condo! Sleeps 10 Guests! Compass Cove Mariner Tower 1217 has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is usually available on booking pages. Otherwise, call the host before you book the rental. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds in living rooms. You'll need to determine what configuration is best for your trip.
  • Some rental properties allow pets, but others don't. Acceptable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask the property management company about pet restrictions before booking.
  • If there's an individual Myrtle Beach attraction you are crazy about, search for properties that are either near by, or those that cater to your requirements.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. .

Some things to know before you go:

  • Take a copy of the owner's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental.
  • Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
  • Keep the property locked while you are away! Don't let thieves ruin your trip.
  • Upon check-in, document any issues with the rental property and immediately alert the owner. Keep records of all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are an excellent source for finding the best local beaches and hangouts.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Just before checking out, complete a walk-through to make sure you have not forget anything. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a excellent stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your property and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
