The condo includes a convenient kitchenette with a mini refrigerator and microwave, ideal for fast snacks, simple meals, or keeping drinks and beach-day essentials on hand. If you prefer dining out, Myrtle Beach is filled with great eateries just a short drive or walk away, and many offer delivery for added convenience.

The private bathroom features a vanity sink with ample storage, a mirror, a shower and tub combination, and a toilet. Bath towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are all supplied for your stay. You will also find starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion to help you settle in right away.

The main living space is designed for comfort and simplicity. Two cozy beds, one queen and one full, are positioned in front of a dresser with a wall mounted flat screen TV above, making it painless to relax and appreciate your favorite shows. A modest dining table with seating for two sits in the corner, ideal for morning coffee or a quick meal. Natural light fills the room through the sliding glass door, which leads out to your private oceanview balcony. Step outside, take in the fresh coastal air, and savor the view from your own peaceful getaway.

Please note that this is a non smoking resort. Smoking is not allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violation may result in fines starting at $150. The resort also does not allow motorbikes or family pets. Additionally, the kiddie water park located behind the resort is privately owned and access is restricted to its guests.

Sand Dunes also offers many indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzies, sauna, onsite eateries, giant arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before calming in this handsome unit.
