Take a look at this comfortable oceanview studio located on the 10th floor of the Sand Dunes Resort. Featuring one queen bed and one full sized bed, this beautiful condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests and offers a casual space to relax after a day by the beach.

The condo includes a convenient kitchenette with a mini refrigerator and microwave, ideal for fast snacks, painless meals, or keeping drinks and beach-day essentials on hand. If you prefer dining out, Myrtle Beach is filled with great eateries just a short drive or walk away, and many offer delivery for added convenience.

The private bathroom features a vanity sink with ample storage, a mirror, a shower and tub combination, and a toilet. Bath towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are all included for your stay. You will also find starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion to help you settle in right away.

The main living space is designed for comfort and simplicity. Two cozy beds, one queen and one full, are positioned in front of a dresser with a wall mounted flat screen TV above, making it simple to relax and appreciate your favorite shows. A modest dining table with seating for two sits in the corner, ideal for morning coffee or a quick meal. Natural light fills the room through the sliding glass door, which leads out to your private oceanview balcony. Step outside, take in the fresh coastal air, and savor the view from your own relaxing getaway.

Please note that this is a non smoking resort. Smoking is not allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violation may result in fines starting at $150. The resort also does not allow motorbikes or family pets. Additionally, the kiddie water park located behind the resort is privately owned and access is restricted to its guests.

Sand Dunes also offers many indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzies, sauna, onsite eateries, humongous arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before calming in this pretty unit.
